Welcome to our bed and breakfast accommodation in Bala, a town in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. This beautiful historic town nestles between three 900 metre peaks and is at the end of a 5 mile long lake. Our guests have access to sailing, white water canoeing, rambling, cycling, and many other activities.
We are also ideally situated for sight-seeing. Castles are in abundance, as are nature reserves, steam railways and sea-side resorts with wonderful beaches - all within an hour's drive of Bala.
Our rooms, double, twin and single, have en-suite/private shower room facilites,Freeview television and hospitality trays. Also free access to the internet and on-line Ordinance Survey maps. There is secure off road parking, with storage for bicycles and canoes. Our rates compete favourably with the local hotels, guest houses, and hostels, affording quality and value.

- £60 for the double and twin; and £30 for the single, including breakfast; No seasonal increases!
- Payment by cash. No cards or cheques at present.
- An information pack regarding local activities and interests is in each room.
- Ample private parking for all guests with secure provision for bikes and canoes.
- Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bala, the lake, cinema, and leisure centre.
- We have a No Smoking policy. All the rooms have smoke alarms.
- We are happy to discuss any individual requests.
- We are open from March to October inclusive.
